Invoicing & Payments
Create an invoice, send it, and get paid, without leaving the system.
Invoices are built from quotes, billable time, project milestones or service agreements. Customers get a link where they can read the invoice, download the PDF and pay.
What you can do
- Invoices from scratch, from a quote, from logged time, from milestones, from service agreements, or on a recurring schedule
- Email an invoice with the PDF attached and a link, or share the link on WhatsApp; you can see when it was opened
- Record payments with date, method and reference, with a full payment history and reversal when a cheque bounces
- Customers pay online with your own Paystack or Flutterwave account, so the money goes to you; each payment is checked with the provider before it is recorded
- VAT worked out correctly on discounted invoices, multi-currency with exchange rates, and your own letterhead and bank details on every PDF
- Credit notes with their own PDF, and e-invoicing submission through TED
- Every payment posts to the general ledger, with ageing reports for what is overdue
Good to know
- Credit notes do not yet reduce an invoice balance automatically, and automatic reminders to customers are not built yet.
- Withholding tax deducted by customers is not tracked on sales invoices yet.
