Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set the rules for using the RevSprint CRM website and application (together the "Service"), which is run by T-One Technologies Limited (RC1024387) ("we", "us"). They apply to everyone who visits the website or signs in. If your company has a subscription, the Terms and Conditions cover the commercial side (plans, fees, cancellation, liability), and our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. If these documents conflict, the Terms and Conditions come first for paying customers.
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is for business use by people aged 18 or over. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so on its behalf.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and confirm your email address.
- Keep your password and any authenticator device secret. Administrators must use two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at support@t-onetech.com.ng if you think it has been used by someone else.
- A company's administrator decides who in the company can sign in and what each person can do. We do not control the access an administrator grants.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, or try to get around security, scan, probe or overload the Service, or reach another company's data or another person's account;
- use bots, scrapers or automated sign-ups, or use the public forms and sign-up pages other than as intended;
- copy, resell, rent out or share access except as your plan allows, or use the Service to build a competing product;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law allows it.
4. What you put into the Service
You are responsible for the data and files you add. You must have the right to use them, you must tell the people the data is about what you do with it, and you must follow data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Do not store data you are not allowed to hold, and do not send data you are not allowed to share to features that use outside services, such as AI, messaging or e-invoicing. Uploaded files must be of the types the Service accepts; others are refused.
5. Our intellectual property
We own the Service: its software, design, text and trade marks. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your own business while they apply. They do not transfer any ownership to you. Your data stays yours; the Terms and Conditions explain what we may do with it. If you send us feedback or ideas we may use them freely.
6. Third-party services and links
Some features work through services run by others, such as payment, email, messaging, calendar, e-signature and AI providers, and the website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms, which apply to your use of them.
7. Reporting a security problem
If you find a weakness, please email support@t-onetech.com.ng with the details and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours while testing, and do not run automated attacks. We will not take action against good-faith reports that follow these rules.
8. Suspension and removal
We may suspend an account, remove content or block access without notice where needed to stop harm, abuse or a security risk, or to follow the law. Where we can, we will tell you why and how to put it right.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and carry out maintenance, and will try to warn you of planned downtime.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Reports, calculations, tax and payroll figures, AI output, templates and electronic signature records are tools to help you; they are not professional, legal, tax or accounting advice. You must check them and remain responsible for your own filings, contracts and decisions. Whether an electronic signature is sufficient for a particular document is for you and your advisers to decide. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect, and may ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
