HR & Payroll
People records, leave, appraisals and payroll that follow the country your staff work in.
HR rules are not the same in Lagos, Accra, London and Nairobi. Each company, and each staff member, works under the policy of their own country, so leave, probation, notice and dates behave locally.
What you can do
- Staff directory, line managers, documents with expiry dates, and bulk onboarding from a spreadsheet
- Leave with a balance per type, public holidays left out of the count, carry-over and accrual, and approval
- Appraisals with KPIs set first, a right of reply for the employee, a full audit trail and reports
- Recruitment tracking for candidates through to hiring
- Payroll with payslips for Nigeria (PAYE, pension, NHF) and Ghana (PAYE bands, SSNIT), with each tax-year rule dated
- Identity and statutory details per country, stored encrypted and visible only to people who need them
- A structured exit flow: notice, an indicative final-pay summary, a checklist and access removed on the last day
- Policy profiles for 14 countries across Africa, Europe, North America and Asia, with dates and numbers in local style
Good to know
- Payroll is built for Nigeria and Ghana. Other countries have leave, appraisal and exit rules but payroll is switched off until its engine is built and reviewed.
- Country rules are working defaults that a local adviser should confirm.
